About this Podcast:

What if your healing journey isn't just about understanding WHAT happened to you-but learning how to listen to what your body is telling you? I am Christina, a somatic practitioner, and this podcast is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Together, we will explore the places where emotions, experiences, stress, relationships, and old patterns can live in the body, and discover simple, meaningful ways to meet them with curiosity rather than judgement. This isn't just a podcast about talking about healing. You will be invited into somatic practices, meditations, reflections, movement, journaling, breath work, and sometime unexpected experiences that help you connect what you know in your mind with what you feel in your body. You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to be perfectly healed. You don't even have to know where to begin. <p
