Why we built PitchCentric
I have run a communications practice for the better part of a decade. Every executive I have ever advised has told me the same thing: the only outreach that ever moved their business was a podcast appearance. And every operator I have ever met has told me the same second thing: the tooling is awful.
PitchCentric is the tool I wish I had every quarter for the last five years. It is editorially opinionated, technically restrained, and built to last.
PitchCentric is wholly funded by Centric. We do not have venture investors, we are not under pressure to grow at any cost, and we will not be sold to a private-equity rollup. Every customer relationship is a long one.
Our engineering org is small and senior. Our AI stack is Anthropic Claude for pitch drafting and reply classification. Our data ethics are restrictive by design: we do not buy podcast data from the secondary market, we collect it first-party, and we never read non-host email.
