Request data deletion.
If your information appears on a person profile,company page, or guest directory entry, you can ask us to remove it. We process every request within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12.
Before you submit
- If you have a PitchCentric account (paying customer), please sign in and use the in-app account settings to request deletion. it's faster and includes your subscription data.
- If you're an executive listed on someone else's company page, you may want to ask for correction instead. Email privacy@pitchcentric.com with the change you'd like.
- Approved requests permanently delete the page, your name and likeness, and all associated records. We do not retain a copy in backups beyond 30 days.
Need to escalate? Email privacy@pitchcentric.com directly. Include the page URL and your full name.
EU / UK residents: you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority if you're unsatisfied with how we handle your request.
