How PitchCentric data may be used.
Redistribution, citation, and bulk licensing rules for PitchCentric public data. Plain English, no legalese tricks.
What is covered
This license covers the structured data PitchCentric publishes on its public pages: podcast metadata, Pod Score, Booking Probability, Audience Score, host and contact information surfaced on company and profile pages, and aggregated rankings such as the Booking Probability Index. It does not cover the PitchCentric application itself, the AI pitch generation outputs, or any source data we license from third parties such as Spotify, Apple, YouTube, or Podcast Index.
What you may do
- Quote individual data points (a Pod Score, a Booking Probability, a host name) in articles, blog posts, decks, and reports with attribution to PitchCentric and a link back to the source page.
- Embed our Booking Probability badge on your show or company site using the official badge tool.
- Reference and benchmark against our public ranking lists in non-commercial research and journalism.
- Use screenshots of public pages in editorial content, product reviews, and conference talks.
What is not allowed
- Bulk scraping of profile, company, podcast, or rankings pages, including circumventing rate limits or robots directives.
- Building a competing podcast database, ranking, or scoring product on top of PitchCentric data.
- Re-selling raw PitchCentric data, with or without modification, as part of a paid product.
- Stripping attribution, removing canonical links, or implying that derived numbers are independently calculated.
- Training generative AI models on PitchCentric pages. Our robots.txt blocks the major AI training crawlers and that rule is part of this license.
Bulk and commercial licensing
If you need a bulk export, an API into our scoring outputs, or a commercial redistribution right, we license the dataset on a per-deal basis. Typical buyers are research firms, large agencies, and platforms that want to surface Pod Score or Booking Probability natively. Email data@pitchcentric.com with the use case and projected query volume.
