About this Podcast:

That’s Normal for Your Age is a podcast where we have real conversations about midlife health and wellness. Hosted by women who believe education is empowering, this show explores the questions, changes, and experiences so many women are told are “just part of getting older.” Fatigue, weight changes, sleep struggles, hormone shifts, stress, strength, mindset, and feeling disconnected from your body may be common, but that doesn’t mean they’re inevitable or that you have to settle for feeling off. Each episode offers honest, compassionate conversation grounded in science, lived experience, and realistic expectations. No extremes. No shame. No quick fixes. Just thoughtful dialogue, practical insights, and support to help you better understand your body and make intentional choices that fit real life. Episodes open with a grounding ritual and close with an intention and one simple action step you can take into the week ahead, because sustainable change happens
