About this Podcast:

The Midlife Upgrade is for women over 40 who are ready to stop going through the motions and start intentionally building the next version of their lives. Because somewhere in midlife, the questions start changing. How do I want to feel in my body? Who am I now that my kids need me differently? What do I want my relationships to look like? Am I happy with the way I'm spending my time—and my money? What do I want the next 10, 20 or 30 years of my life to look like? And maybe the biggest question: What needs an upgrade? I'm Michelle Bazinet, Midlife Health and Transformation Coach, and my own midlife upgrade started with my health. After gaining weight in my 40s and realizing the old diet-and-exercise strategies I'd relied on for decades weren't working anymore, I started rebuilding the way I took care of myself. <
