Tom Colicchio: podcast appearances and interviews

Thomas Patrick Colicchio, born in 1962, is an American celebrity chef and restaurateur. He co-founded the Gramercy Tavern in New York City, where he served as a co-owner and executive chef. Colicchio is also the founder of Crafted Hospitality, which includes several restaurants such as Craft in New York City and Los Angeles, Temple Court in New York City, Craftsteak at the MGM Grand Las Vegas, and Small Batch on Long Island. Throughout his career, he has received recognition for his culinary achievements, including five James Beard Foundation Awards. Colicchio is widely known for his role as the head judge on every season of the Bravo reality TV show Top Chef. He has also been involved as an executive producer for the show Best New Restaurant. In addition to his television work, Colicchio has been featured as a chef on Great Chefs programs, highlighting his influence and presence in the culinary world.
