Bruce Blakeman: podcast appearances and interviews

Bruce Arthur Blakeman, born on October 2, 1955, is an American attorney and politician serving as the 10th county executive of Nassau County, New York. A member of the Republican Party, he was first elected to the position in 2021, defeating the Democratic incumbent Laura Curran. Blakeman's election marked the first time a Jewish individual has held the office of Nassau County executive. Prior to his current role, he served as a commissioner for the New York-New Jersey Port Authority, as well as in local government as a Nassau County legislator and Hempstead town councilman. In addition to his duties as county executive, he is the Republican nominee for the 2026 New York gubernatorial election.
