Are you a middle aged man or woman looking to make some healthy changes? Are you tired of feeling sick and tired? Well then, this podcast is for you.I'm Aaron Kester, a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach. I'm also a husband, a father of two boys and a health and fitness junkie. After looking at myself in the mirror one day and not liking what I saw, I decided I wanted to make some major life changes, starting with my health. I joined a gym, started changing what I was eating, and decided to get certified as a Transformational Nutrition Coach so I can assist others make healthy transformations of their own.
