Navigating the world of hospitality can have its challenges, but it can also be very rewarding given the right approach. Over the years, I've practiced and refined several techniques that I have found to be indispensable in my career. From having a clear and focused understanding of a business's purpose to forming and nurturing long-term relationships with guests. It's the details that truly create unique and memorable experiences that leave guests wanting to return, time and time again. This podcast, based on the book, Mind the Threshold, is a small collection of thoughts on hospitality and approaches that I have found to be very transformative throughout my time in the service industry. These concepts are part of a larger training seminar I provide called, Mind The Threshold: Navigating the World of Hospitality.
