Tara Brach: podcast appearances and interviews

Tara Brach is an American psychologist, author, and proponent of Buddhist meditation born on May 17, 1953. She is a senior teacher and the founder of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington, D.C. Brach teaches about Buddhist meditation at various centers for meditation and yoga across the United States and Europe. Her teaching venues include Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California, the Kripalu Center, and the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. She specializes in the application of Buddhist teachings and mindfulness meditation for emotional healing and is known as an engaged Buddhist. Brach has authored several books on these topics, including Radical Acceptance, True Refuge, and Radical Compassion.
