Russell Kane, born Russell David Anthony Grineau on 19 August 1975, is an English writer, comedian, and actor. He has received critical recognition in the comedy industry, being nominated four times for the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and winning the Best Comedy Show award in 2010. While primarily known for his stand-up performances, Kane has also appeared on television in various capacities. His television hosting credits include Big Brother's Big Mouth in 2007, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here – Now from 2009 to 2011, Freak Like Me in 2010, Geordie Shore: The Reunion, and Britain Unzipped in 2012. He has presented shows such as Live at the Electric in 2013 and Stupid Man, Smart Phone in 2016.
