Tom Kerridge: podcast appearances and interviews

Thomas Kerridge, born on 27 July 1973, is an English chef known for his culinary achievements and television appearances. After initially acting in small television roles as a child, he chose to pursue a career in the culinary arts at the age of 18. Kerridge has worked at various British restaurants, including the Rhodes in the Square and Adlards. In 2005, he and his wife, Beth Cullen-Kerridge, opened The Hand & Flowers in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, which quickly gained recognition by earning its first Michelin star within a year. By 2012, it became the first pub to earn a second Michelin star. Kerridge also established a second pub, The Coach, in Marlow, which has received a Michelin star. Expanding his hospitality ventures, he opened The Butcher's Tap, a pub and butcher shop, and in 2018, he launched his first restaurant in London at the Corinthia Hotel.
