Pati Jinich: podcast appearances and interviews

Patricia Jinich is a Mexican American chef, TV personality, cookbook author, educator, and food writer. She is recognized for her contributions to Mexican cuisine through her public television series Pati's Mexican Table, which has received a James Beard Award and an Emmy nomination.
