Nathan Fletcher: podcast appearances and interviews

Nathan Blaine Fletcher, born on December 31, 1976, is an American politician who served on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors representing the 4th District from 2019 until his resignation in 2023. He held the position of chair of the board from 2021 to 2023. Fletcher announced in March 2023 that he would seek treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder and alcoholism. Following allegations made in a lawsuit by an employee of the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System accusing him of sexual assault and subsequent firing after resisting his advances, he announced his resignation from the board of supervisors, effective at the end of his medical leave. Fletcher also has experience in the legislative branch, having served two terms in the California State Assembly. Additionally, he has worked as a part-time adjunct professor of practice in political science at the University of California, San Diego.
