About Kevin
Kevin Byrne is the President and CEO of the University Financing Foundation and holds an MBA degree. He previously served as the 6th County Executive of Putnam County, New York. In his role as County Executive, Byrne functions as both the chief executive officer and the chief budget officer of the county government. He has held significant positions in regional and national organizations, including chairing the American City County Exchange, co-chairing and serving as a board member of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council, and sitting on the board of the East of Hudson Watershed Corporation. Byrne is also a member of the County Executives of America, the New York State Association of Counties, and the New York State County Executives Association. In 2024, he was named to Run Gen Z's Rising Stars Club, where he serves as a mentor to younger Generation Z officials and candidates, supporting emerging leadership across the United States. During his legislative career in the New York State Assembly, Byrne represented various committees including the Assembly Health Committee as the ranking member, the Assembly Minority Conference Program Committee as chairperson, and the Assembly Minority Conference Task Force on Critical Infrastructure and Transportation as co-chair. He also served as the ranking member of the Assembly Aging Committee and was vice chair of minority steering. Byrne's legislative experience extended to serving on the Assembly Ways & Means, Governmental Operations, Insurance, Labor, and Transportation Committees. Between 2018 and 2022, he was the New York State chair of the American Legislative Exchange Council.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every new individual account gets 7 days of everything with no card: 50 pitch credits and up to 5 contacts a day. After that it moves to the Free plan: 5 pitch credits a month and your top 10 matches. You can build campaigns on Free; launching one needs a paid plan.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
