Eileen Feng Gu, also known as Gu Ailing, is a Chinese-American freestyle skier and model born on September 3, 2003. She has competed for China since the 2018–19 season in events including halfpipe, slopestyle, and big air. Gu has achieved significant success in her sport, earning a total of three gold medals and three silver medals at the Winter Olympics, making her the most decorated freestyle skier in Olympic history. She became the youngest Olympic champion in freestyle skiing at age 18 after winning gold medals in big air and halfpipe, and a silver medal in slopestyle at the 2022 Winter Olympics held in Beijing. Gu made history at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina by winning gold in the women's halfpipe and earning two additional silver medals in big air and slopestyle. Her Olympic medal record surpasses all previous competitors in freestyle skiing, highlighting her prominence in the sport. Beyond her athletic achievements, Gu has been recognized for her influence and success. In 2022, Time named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world under its Pioneers category, and she later appeared in the magazine's February 9, 2026 edition.
