Dan Trachtenberg: podcast appearances and interviews

Dan Trachtenberg, born on May 11, 1981, is an American director, writer, producer, and podcast host. He made his feature film debut with the movie 10 Cloverfield Lane in 2016, which earned him a Directors Guild of America Award nomination for Outstanding Directing in a First-Time Feature Film. Trachtenberg has directed and contributed to the story for films within the Predator franchise, including Prey (2022), Predator: Killer of Killers (2025), and Predator: Badlands (2025). His television work includes directing the pilot episodes of The Boys in 2019 and The Lost Symbol in 2021, as well as episodes of the series Black Mirror in 2016. In addition to his filmmaking career, Trachtenberg has been active in podcasting. He was one of three hosts of The Totally Rad Show podcast and a former co-host of the Geekdrome podcast.
