Chuck Todd: podcast appearances and interviews

Charles David Todd, born on April 8, 1972, is an American journalist and political analyst known for his long-standing association with NBC News. He served as the 12th moderator of NBC's Meet the Press and was the current host of the podcast The Chuck ToddCast. During his tenure at NBC News from 2007 to 2025, Todd also hosted Meet the Press Now, which is the program's daily edition on NBC News Now, and held the position of Chief Political Analyst for NBC News. Before becoming the moderator of Meet the Press, he was NBC's Chief White House Correspondent and hosted The Daily Rundown on MSNBC. Additionally, he served as NBC News' on-air political analyst for NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt and for Today. Todd's role in political journalism has included coverage of White House affairs and political analysis across various NBC programs. In June 2023, he announced that Kristen Welker would replace him as the moderator of Meet the Press starting in September 2023. She officially took over the role on September 17, 2023. In January 2025, Todd announced his departure from NBCUniversal to pursue other endeavors.
