Adam Kinzinger: podcast appearances and interviews

Adam Daniel Kinzinger, born February 27, 1978, is an American politician, political commentator, and a retired officer of the United States Air Force and Air National Guard. He served as a U.S. representative from Illinois from 2011 to 2023, representing Illinois' 11th congressional district initially and later its 16th district after the districts were merged following the 2010 census. Kinzinger was elected to Congress in 2010 from the 11th district and subsequently transferred to the 16th district after defeating incumbent Don Manzullo in the Republican primary. Throughout his congressional tenure, he was affiliated with the Republican Party. Kinzinger gained national attention after the 2020 presidential election for his vocal opposition to then-President Donald Trump’s claims of voter fraud and efforts to overturn the election results. His political stance and story were featured in the documentary film The Last Republican. In 2022, Kinzinger chose not to seek reelection and subsequently joined CNN as a senior political commentator.
