Don Lemon: podcast appearances and interviews

Don Renaldo Lemon-Clark, born on March 1, 1966, is an American television journalist recognized for his work as a broadcast journalist and media trailblazer. He gained prominence as a host on CNN, where he worked from 2014 until 2023, anchoring the program Don Lemon Tonight. Lemon's journalism career began with local television stations in Alabama and Pennsylvania, where he anchored weekend news programs. He also worked as a news correspondent for NBC, contributing to programs such as Today and NBC Nightly News. Over his career, Lemon received several awards, including an Edward R. Murrow Award in 2002 for coverage of the Washington, D.C. snipers, and three regional Emmy Awards for his reports on Chicago real estate and a feature on Craigslist. In 2006, he joined CNN as a correspondent and later became known for his role as the presenter of Don Lemon Tonight. From 2022 until his departure in April 2023, he served as a co-host of CNN This Morning alongside Kaitlan Collins and Poppy Harlow. Following his departure from CNN, Lemon launched The Don Lemon Show, an independent platform with a YouTube channel that has attracted around 1.25 million subscribers as of March 2026.
