Episode 132: The Voice That Rules Against You Before You Start
Aug 21, 20268 minS1
You have not failed at anything today. Nothing has gone wrong. And there is still a voice inside you that has already decided you are falling short. That verdict tends to arrive early, before the day has produced any evidence at all. It rules on your morning before the morning happens and on your season before the season starts. Most of us have been carrying its weight for years, believing it was the thing keeping us moving. In this episode, you will find out: Why the harshest voice in your head shows up before anything has actually gone wrong What the research suggests that voice is costing you, and why it has never made you more capable Where mercy fits in your morning, and what changes when it speaks first Scripture: Hebrews 4:16 Research note: Fuschia Sirois, Self and Identity, on self-compassion, self-criticism, and stress. Episode 131: The Planner You Bought Cannot Save You
Aug 19, 20267 minS1
Somewhere in your house there is a drawer with a planner in it. The first three weeks are filled in with beautiful handwriting, and then the pages go blank. If you just pictured the exact drawer, this episode is for you. Most of us have decided that the abandoned planner means something about our character. We are undisciplined. We keep starting things we do not finish. The research points somewhere else entirely, and it lets you off a hook you have been hanging on for years. SHOW NOTES LINK Helen’s Resource: https://primetimewomen.co.uk/planning-personalities-quiz/ In this episode you will walk away with: Relief from the story that you are the problem A clearer sense of why one system stuck and another slid right off you A way to shop for your actual brain instead of the woman you think you are supposed to be Scripture: Psalm 32:8 Research note: Lally and colleagues (2010) found the time to reach automaticity varied widely from person to person. BONUS: Your Mind Is Rehearsing a Conversation That May Never Happen (YNBS 130)

Your mind runs ahead because it thinks it is protecting you. It believes that if it pictures every version of Thursday, Thursday cannot ambush you. Here is what that rehearsal actually costs, and the one move that calls your attention home. Join me for the latest episode where we walk through why the evening sky asks nothing of you at all, and a three-minute practice built on three questions. “One More Sunset Before the Schedule Starts” (Ep 130) Ready for your next step? Episode 130: One More Sunset Before the Schedule Starts
Aug 17, 20267 minS1
It is the middle of August, and you are standing in your kitchen at the end of the day. Your body is here. Your mind is already in September. And underneath it, a worry that will not settle: I have not rested enough, and life is already speeding up. This episode is one slow evening before the season leans in. Harvard researchers who pinged more than two thousand people at random moments through their ordinary days found that our minds are somewhere other than the present almost half the time. Where a person's mind had gone predicted how she felt better than what she was actually doing. And the heaviness landed hardest when the mind had run ahead toward something worrying. What you will come away with: An honest look at why the end of summer feels like it is speeding up Relief from the sense that you missed your window to rest One evening practice doable tonight Scripture: Psalm 19:1 (NIV) Research note: Killingsworth and Gilbert, Science, 2010 — experience-sampling research on mind-wandering and mood. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
