Ayeesha and Hana; two wellbeing practitioners in the UK come together to share their thoughts and experiences on navigating mental health as a Muslim in today’s world. This podcast was started with the hopes of opening up conversation around linking wellbeing and islam amongst youth in the muslim community. We often find that youth struggle to view concepts of mental health in line with islamic and south asian values. We are here to change that. We hope that by sharing our expereinces and insights; that youth can view mental health as the holistic and relatable concept that it is.
