Sarah Cox: podcast appearances and interviews

Sarah Cox is a British civil servant with extensive experience in government roles. She graduated from Birmingham University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1988. Cox has held several prominent positions within the UK government, including Director for Strategy, Planning and Performance at the Cabinet Office from 2004 to 2010. Following this, she served as Director and Head of Business Planning and Programme Management for London 2012, overseeing the delivery of the 2012 Summer Olympics and Paralympics from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, she became the Director of Universal Credit Programme Coordination at the Department for Work and Pensions, a role she has held since. In recognition of her contributions to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Birmingham University awarded her an honorary Doctor of the University degree in 2012. Currently, Cox is the Chief Operating Officer of Ofgem, where she continues her work in the regulatory sector.
