Sara Hall, née Bei, is the executive director of the Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience. She is an American professional distance runner and a member of the United States national team. Hall has achieved notable performances in her athletic career, including a personal best marathon time of 2 hours, 20 minutes, and 32 seconds set at the Marathon Project in Chandler, Arizona, on December 22, 2020. This time ranks her as the fourth-fastest American woman in marathon history. She has won several mile road races, including the Drake Relays Grand Blue Mile and the US National Road Mile Championships, and has secured titles in the 1500 meters, including at the Millrose Games. Hall was a two-time world team member representing the United States at the world indoor track and field championships; her best finish was 12th place in the 3000 meters at the 11th IAAF World Indoor Championships in 2006. Additionally, she was part of the United States team at the 2006 and 2015 world cross country championships. In 2012, Hall won the American title at the USA Cross Country Championships, narrowly defeating Molly Huddle.
