Sam Raimi: podcast appearances and interviews

Samuel M. Raimi is an American filmmaker born on October 23, 1959. He is known for writing and directing the Evil Dead trilogy, which was produced between 1981 and 1993, as well as for directing the Spider-Man trilogy from 2002 to 2007. His work includes a variety of films such as Darkman, The Quick and the Dead, A Simple Plan, The Gift, Drag Me to Hell, Oz the Great and Powerful, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and Send Help. Raimi's films are recognized for their highly dynamic visual style, which draws inspiration from comic books and slapstick comedy. He established the production companies Renaissance Pictures in 1979 and Ghost House Pictures in 2002. In addition to his work in film, Raimi has produced several successful television series including Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Xena: Warrior Princess, and Ash vs Evil Dead, the latter starring Bruce Campbell, a frequent collaborator and actor from the Evil Dead franchise.
