About Sally Douglas
Sally Douglas was a British supporting actress active during the 1960s and 1970s. Her film credits include appearances in six of the Carry On series films, Tony Hancock's satire The Rebel, and Michael Reeves' Witchfinder General, which was voted the fifteenth greatest horror film of all time in 2005. Her television appearances feature roles in series such as Danger Man, Dad's Army, and On the Buses, in which she played the character Susie in 1969. She also portrayed Marlene, an erotic dancer, in the second series of Doctor in the House. Douglas was related to television personality Stephanie Turner as her cousin. She passed away in September 2001 at the age of 59 due to cancer.
