Nancy Overton Harrington (May 15, 1926 – May 22, 2020) was an American politician and co-founder of The Passionistas Project. Born in Bay Shore, New York, she attended Fenn College and Kent State University. Throughout her career, Harrington was involved in the airline and automobile industries, owning Harrington Auto Imports in Cleveland, Ohio. She served as an administrative aide in Tallahassee, Florida, before being elected to the Florida House of Representatives, where she served from 1974 to 1976 representing Coral Gables as a member of the Democratic Party. Her diverse career spanned multiple sectors, demonstrating her broad professional interests and contributions.
