N.T. Wright: podcast appearances and interviews

Nicholas Thomas Wright, born on December 1, 1948, is an English New Testament scholar, Pauline theologian, and Anglican bishop. He served as the Bishop of Durham and was a Lord Spiritual in the UK Parliament from 2003 to 2010. Following his tenure as bishop, Wright became a research professor of New Testament and Early Christianity at St Mary's College, University of St Andrews in Scotland, where he worked until 2019. Subsequently, he took on the role of a senior research fellow at Wycliffe Hall at the University of Oxford.

Wright has written extensively on theology and Christian life, focusing on the relationship between them. His work advocates a biblical reevaluation of several theological issues, including justification, women's ordination, and common Christian perspectives on life after death. He has been a vocal critic of the idea of a literal Rapture. As the author of over seventy books, Wright is highly regarded in academic and theological circles. His notable works include the multi-volume series 'Christian Origins and the Question of God,' with the third volume, 'The Resurrection of the Son of God,' regarded by many clergy and theologians as a seminal Christian work on the resurrection of Jesus.
