Lee Grinner Pace is an American actor born on March 25, 1979. He is known for his roles in both film and television, including portraying Thranduil the Elvenking in The Hobbit trilogy. In television, he starred as Joe MacMillan in the period drama series Halt and Catch Fire and earned an Emmy nomination in 2008 for his portrayal of Ned in the comedy drama Pushing Daisies.
