Kerri Lee Walsh Jennings, born on August 15, 1978, is a retired American professional beach volleyball player known for her remarkable achievements in the sport. She is a three-time Olympic gold medalist and has also secured a bronze medal at the Olympics. Throughout her career, Walsh Jennings won a total of 135 international and domestic tournaments, establishing herself as the beach volleyball leader in career victories within the United States. She partnered with Misty May-Treanor in a highly successful team that won gold medals at the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympics. Their partnership also led them to victory at the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships in 2003, 2005, and 2007. The duo set multiple records, including a winning streak of 112 consecutive matches and 19 consecutive tournament titles during 2007–2008, surpassing their previous record of 89 consecutive wins. Due to their numerous accomplishments and record-breaking performance, Walsh Jennings and May-Treanor have been widely regarded as one of the greatest beach volleyball teams of all time.
