Jordan Ryan: podcast appearances and interviews

Jordan Ryan is a PGA qualified golf coach affiliated with Koda Capital. His professional background includes extensive experience in international development and crisis management, with a notable career at the United Nations. Ryan served as Assistant Administrator for the United Nations Development Programme at the level of Assistant Secretary-General and was the Director of the UNDP Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery. He held the position of Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and the UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator of the United Nations Mission in Liberia from 2006 to 2009. Over his 20-year career with the UN, Ryan contributed to efforts in developing countries and post-crisis settings, including roles in China and Vietnam. His early career included positions such as Assistant Resident Representative and Deputy Resident Representative, and he also served as Deputy Director and Director of the Office of the UNDP Administrator in New York City. Ryan graduated from the Webb School of California and earned a B.A. in anthropology from Yale University. He holds a J.D. from George Washington University and an M.A. from Columbia School of International and Public Affairs. Additionally, he was a visiting fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 2001.
