John Mulaney: podcast appearances and interviews

John Edmund Mulaney, born on August 26, 1982, is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer. He first gained prominence as a writer for the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2013, where he contributed to various sketches and characters, including the recurring character Stefon, co-created with Bill Hader. Mulaney has hosted SNL six times and became a member of the SNL Five Timers Club in 2022. His stand-up career includes specials such as The Top Part, New in Town, The Comeback Kid, Kid Gorgeous, and Baby J. He has received three Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special, for Kid Gorgeous, Baby J, and SNL 50.
