James Jonah Cummings, born on November 3, 1952, is an American voice actor with a career beginning in the 1980s. Over the course of his career, he has appeared in more than 600 titles, often collaborating with major entertainment companies such as Walt Disney and Warner Bros. He has served as the official voice for several well-known characters including Winnie the Pooh since 1988, Tigger since 1989, the Tasmanian Devil since 1991, and Pete since 1992.
