Jamey Johnson: podcast appearances and interviews

Jamey Johnson, born on July 14, 1975, is an American country music singer and songwriter. He signed with BNA Records in 2005 and made his debut with the single 'The Dollar,' which was also the title track of his 2006 album The Dollar. After being dropped from BNA in 2006, he signed with Mercury Nashville Records in 2008. His second album, That Lonesome Song, achieved gold certification and included the top 10 hits 'In Color' and 'High Cost of Living.' Johnson has released additional albums, including The Guitar Song in 2010 and Living for a Song: A Tribute to Hank Cochran in 2012. In 2014, he put out a five-song Christmas EP titled The Christmas Song. Besides his own recordings, Johnson has co-written singles for artists such as Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Trace Adkins, George Strait, James Otto, Joe Nichols, and Jessie James Decker.
