Gavin Kaysen: podcast appearances and interviews

Gavin Kaysen is a chef and owner based in Minneapolis. He manages several establishments including Spoon and Stable, Bellecour Bakery, Demi, Socca, and Mara. Kaysen has been recognized for his culinary skills with two James Beard Awards, including the award for Best Chef: Midwest in 2018. His career includes notable leadership roles such as serving as Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Operations for Daniel Boulud in New York City, where he oversaw Café Boulud in Palm Beach, Toronto, and New York City. Prior to his work in New York, Kaysen was the head chef at El Bizcocho in San Diego. In 2007, he represented the United States at the Bocuse d'Or culinary competition. Additionally, he appeared as a competitor on the television show The Next Iron Chef, where he was eliminated during the third challenge, 'Resourcefulness'.
