Fearne Cotton: podcast appearances and interviews

Fearne Cotton, born on September 3, 1981, is an English broadcaster and author. She began her career in the late 1990s as a children’s television presenter for GMTV, CITV, and CBBC. Over the years, she has presented a variety of television shows including Top of the Pops, Love Island, The Xtra Factor, and Interior Design Masters. She was a regular co-presenter of the Children in Need telethons from 2005 to 2015, with the exception of 2009, and served as a team captain on ITV2’s Celebrity Juice from 2008 to 2018. In 2007, Cotton became the first regular female presenter of the Radio 1 Chart Show, co-hosting with Reggie Yates for two years. She later hosted her own weekday morning radio show on Radio 1 from 2009 to 2015. In 2016, she joined BBC Radio 2. Cotton expanded her career into authorship, publishing eight self-help books, two children's books, and four books on healthy eating. Since 2018, she has been hosting the podcast Happy Place, which focuses on wellbeing and mental health. Her work reflects a diverse career spanning television, radio, writing, and podcasting, with an emphasis on mental health and personal development.
