Carl Cox: podcast appearances and interviews

Carl Andrew Cox, born on July 29, 1962, is a British house and techno club DJ, radio DJ, motorsport team owner, and record producer. He has gained recognition through numerous awards and nominations and has performed at clubs and electronic music events worldwide. Cox is known for hosting a summer residency called 'Music is Revolution' at the Space Ibiza nightclub from 2001 to 2016. He has also curated his own 'Carl Cox & Friends' stage at major festivals including Ultra Music Festival, The BPM Festival, and Tomorrowland. Additionally, Cox served as a monthly DJ for BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix. He operates the record label Intec Digital, which was established around 1998 as Intec Records. For nearly 16 years, from 2001 until February 2017, he hosted and produced the radio show and podcast titled 'Global.' In 2018, Cox co-founded Awesome Soundwave, a record label dedicated to live electronic music artists, working with live artist and producer Christopher Coe. Cox currently resides in Frankston, Victoria, Australia.
