William Schneider, born June 17, 1971, is an American musician and music professional affiliated with SheerID. He is best known for his long-standing involvement with the punk rock band Pinhead Gunpowder, where he has played bass since 1990 and contributed vocals and lyrics to the song 'Backyard Flames.' Schneider has also been a member of bands such as the Influents, Monsula, Uranium 9 Volt, Sawhorse, the Skinflutes, and the Coverups. His expertise extends beyond performing to technical roles within the music industry; he has worked as a guitar and bass technician for Green Day members Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt on several albums, including 'Nimrod,' 'Saviors,' 'Revolution Radio,' '¡Uno!,' and 'Warning.' Currently, he serves as Green Day's tour manager, maintaining his active involvement in the band's touring and technical operations.
