Bill Kristol: podcast appearances and interviews

William Kristol is an American neoconservative writer and commentator known for his involvement in shaping conservative policy and media. He was the founder and editor-at-large of the political magazine The Weekly Standard and currently holds the position of editor-at-large at The Bulwark, a center-right publication. Kristol also contributes to its Substack publication and hosts the online interview program Conversations with Bill Kristol since 2014. Throughout his career, he has played significant roles in various political initiatives, including advocating for the 2003 invasion of Iraq and playing a key part in opposing the Clinton health care plan of 1993. Kristol has been associated with numerous conservative think tanks and organizations, serving on the boards of the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research, the Ethics and Public Policy Center, the Foreign Policy Initiative, and other groups focused on national security and public policy. He co-founded the Project for the New American Century in 1997 with Robert Kagan and was chairman of the New Citizenship Project from 1997 to 2005. Kristol is known for his views on contemporary politics, including his criticism of President Donald Trump and his support for the Never Trump movement. He is a founder and director of Defending Democracy Together, an advocacy organization involved in initiatives such as Republicans for the Rule of Law and the Republican Accountability Project.
