Benedict Wong: podcast appearances and interviews

Benedict Wong is an English actor born on July 3, 1971. He began his acting career on stage before appearing in the film Dirty Pretty Things in 2002, which earned him a British Independent Film Award nomination. That same year, he starred in the BBC sitcom 15 Storeys High, which ran until 2004. Wong's film credits include On a Clear Day, Sunshine, Grow Your Own, and Moon, with the latter three released in 2007 and 2009. He also appeared in the CBBC series Spirit Warriors in 2010. During the 2010s, Wong gained further recognition for his roles as Kublai Khan in the Netflix series Marco Polo and as Bruce Ng in the film The Martian. He is also known for portraying Wong in the Marvel Cinematic Universe starting with Doctor Strange in 2016 and for his role in the Syfy series Deadly Class in 2019. His performance in the film Nine Days in 2020 earned him an Independent Spirit Award nomination. As of 2024, Wong stars in the Netflix series 3 Body Problem. His recent film work includes Bad Genius in 2024 and Weapons in 2025.
