Alexander Dunlop: podcast appearances and interviews

Alexander Cunningham Wallace Dunlop, also known as Alexander Cunningham Fairlie Wallace-Dunlop, was born on 16 June 1809 in West Lothian, Scotland, to Anthony Dunlop from Ellerslie, Isle of Man, and Anne Cunningham. He emigrated to the Port Phillip District in the 1840s, where he became a magistrate in 1851. Later that year, Dunlop was nominated to the Victorian Legislative Council, with his appointment announced in the Victoria Government Gazette of 5 November 1851. He served as a nominee member of the council from November 1851 until his death in June 1852, a period of approximately seven months. Dunlop's death occurred in Melbourne, and his funeral was held on 24 June 1852. Following his death, Joseph Anderson succeeded him as a member of the Legislative Council.
