Very nice wine." Now doesn't that make you want to try a glass? Here in the UK, over 400 vineyards like ours, compete to be the 'brand of choice' of 26m wine Consumers. In the main, we don't compete with each other, but with products imported from abroad and lined up bewilderingly and anonymously along supermarket shelves. Our challenge is, not only to run and develop strong successful businesses, but equally important, to offer a genuinely appealing alternative.
