Sep 1, 202613 min
Send us Fan Mail Learn how to restart your healing journey after you fall off, and why taking a break from the work doesn't mean you quit. In this trauma recovery podcast episode, trauma survivor Tracy Smaldino shares why healing burnout is real, why fall is the true reset season, and how the emotional weight she was carrying kept her body from letting go for decades. Every tour has a break in it. Coming back is always harder than starting. That doesn't mean the tour is over. In this episode: - Why healing burnout is real and why your break was necessary, not a failure - What touring actually does to a body — and why healing is the exact same job - The story you tell yourself about the gap and why it does more damage than the gap - Why fall is the real reset season, not January - Why you shouldn't come back to something new - How unprocessed emotional weight kept Tracy's body holding on for decades - Why the inside work has to come before the outside work - 5 steps to get back on tour this week "Missing your practice is a gap. Believing you're someone who can't sustain a practice is an identity. One of those takes a week to fix." — Tracy Smaldino SONGS THAT SAVED US — Healing Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0mQfkVQtw1eB1eNSsD9ZQy Newsletter — every Sunday: https://traumarockstars.com/#newsletter All links: https://linktr.ee/traumarockstars SUPPORT THE SHOW: ☕ Buy Me a Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/traumarockstars ️ Become a Supporter: https://www.buzzsprout.com/2526063/supporters/new Support the show

Is Fear of Being Seen Stopping Your Trauma Recovery? | Trauma Rock Stars™
Aug 11, 202618 min
Send us Fan Mail Fear of being seen and fear of showing up are two of the most common blocks in trauma recovery and healing. In this trauma healing podcast episode, Tracy Smaldino breaks down stage fright — what it really means, why trauma survivors feel it so deeply, and how to walk out onto the stage of your healing journey anyway. Even Barbra Streisand had stage fright for 27 years. Adele runs offstage mid-show. Elvis vomited before almost every performance. And every single one of them walked out anyway. In this episode: - Why stage fright means you care — not that you're not ready - The 4 fears hiding underneath your stage fright: Fear of being seen and found lacking Fear of success Fear of the healing work itself Fear of disappointing people - What happens when fear makes your healing decisions - Why avoidance makes the fear bigger - How Gertrude gets loudest before your biggest breakthroughs - 5 steps to perform anyway — even when terrified "Stage fright is not a stop sign. It is a signal that this matters. And things that matter are worth doing scared." — Tracy Smaldino NOT SURE WHERE TO START YOUR HEALING? Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
