Events in Memberships for tickets, check-ins, and follow-up
Sep 30, 20263 min
Send us Fan Mail In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we look at the new Events section inside Memberships in Pinnacle Ai. If you’ve ever had names in a notebook, payments in another tab, and reminder texts waiting until the front counter slows down, this update puts those moving parts together. Your team can create free events with reservations or paid events with ticket types, pricing, seat limits, sales windows, coupons, attendee questions, and add-ons. You can build the event page, share the details, track registrations, and use workflows for confirmations, reminders, check-in based messages, and follow-up after the event. The routine messages can run in the background, but when someone replies or walks in the door, your team takes it from there. Send us Fan Mail In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover a calendar update for the owner who has too many booking links for the same kind of meeting. Pinnacle Ai now lets you add up to 3 duration options to one Personal, Round Robin, Collective, or Event Calendar. That means a customer can choose a 15-minute check-in or a longer planning call from the same link, while available times update to match the length they pick. Your team can also set which duration is pre-selected. Day to day, this helps cut down on duplicate calendars and mixed-up links at the front counter, in the truck, or near closing time. One limit to know: changing duration options won’t modify or cancel appointments that are already booked. Issue Badge action rewards course progress in workflows
Sep 24, 20262 min
Send us Fan Mail In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover the new Issue Badge action in Pinnacle Ai Workflows. If you run courses, you’ve probably seen it happen: someone signs up, gets started, makes progress, then goes quiet before finishing. This update helps your team mark progress at the moment it happens, whether that’s after a section, a lesson, or another milestone you choose. Inside Workflows, you can add the Issue Badge action, pick the badge template, and let the workflow send it when the learner reaches that step. That means less manual checking for your team and clearer recognition for the person taking the course. Your team still decides what matters, what badge fits, and when a person should follow up. Badges Issued trigger for learner follow-up in Pinnacle Ai
Sep 23, 20262 min
Send us Fan Mail In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover the new Badges Issued trigger in Pinnacle Ai. When someone earns a badge, certification, or training milestone, the work usually isn’t finished. They may need a follow-up email, a review module, a special offer, or a place to ask questions. But if your team is closing the front counter or handling the next customer, that next step can get missed. With the Badges Issued trigger, you can start a workflow as soon as a badge is issued. You can also filter by specific badge templates, so only the right milestones start the right follow-up. If someone finishes a certification at 8:40pm, Pinnacle Ai can send the next step right away. When they reply or need help, your team takes over. Learn more about Pinnacle Ai at https://getpinnacle.ai This episode was narrated with an AI voice. Send us Fan Mail In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover the rebuilt Communities experience inside the Unified Client Portal and GoKollab. If your course is in one place, the discussion is in another, and your team is trying to clean up a bad post from the front counter at closing time, this update keeps more of that work together. Members can move between courses and discussions without losing progress, find posts more easily, reply, react, view attachments, and see events. For owners and their team, post controls, member management, media recordings, and moderation tools now sit closer to the discussion itself. Pinnacle Ai also added keyword flagging and member reports, with a person still making the final approve-or-delete call. Existing content, members, courses, and settings carry over automatically. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
