Her mentors, including the late Ted Heusel and “Fat” Bob Taylor, shaped her commitment to community engagement. Beyond the mic, Lucy Ann Lance champions local charities as a volunteer emcee. Her accolades include the former Ann Arbor Business Review’s “Most Influential Women” Award, the Miss America Women of Achievement Award, and the Michigan Small Business Journalist of the Year Award. Her impact extends beyond broadcasting, making her a true Ann Arbor icon.
