Episode #25
We spent the weekend at Yangaro with Kristy from Mills & Franks | The Edit by Engaged Creative Ep.25
Jun 29, 202626 minS2
Last month Sophie and I were invited to Yangaro, a private estate in the Whitsundays that sleeps 68 guests across eight luxury villas, talking with Kristy Franks from Mills & Franks. Kristy has worked across the Sydney Opera House, Alexander McQueen events in London, and Matt Moran's full venue portfolio before building her own business with her husband Dave. We get into why accommodation is now the deciding factor for couples, the intimate wedding trend that never actually went away, and what it really takes to become part of a client's team rather than their external agency.
Seven years full time, and we are still figuring out how to evolve without losing what we built | The Edit by Engaged Creative Ep.24
Jun 22, 202624 minS2
Part two of your marketing questions answered. Sophie and Aimee work through more of the questions that keep coming up across onboarding calls, client conversations, and Instagram DMs, including how often to post, why some Reels go viral and others do not, whether wedding fairs are still worth it, and what to do about clients who ghost or haggle. We dig into whether a blog still matters in the age of AI search, what a welcome email sequence should actually do, and how to evolve your brand without losing the momentum you have already built. Practical, specific, and built for wedding industry business owners who want real answers, not theory. Produced by Talkback Media info@talkbackmedia.com.au

We are back with another round of listener questions... How often you should actually be posting, why some reels go viral and others flop, whether wedding fairs are worth it, how to stop attracting clients who ghost or haggle, whether you still need a blog in 2025, and what to do when you've outgrown your brand but don't want to lose momentum.

Marketing Gets the Enquiry. This Is What Converts It. | The Edit by Engaged Creative Ep.23
Jun 15, 202616 minS2
You've done all the hard work to get someone to enquire. But what happens next? In this episode, Aimee and Sophie get into the gap between marketing and conversion, why enquiries go cold, what a strong initial response looks like, and how to build a follow-up approach that feels purposeful rather than pushy. If your enquiry-to-booking rate isn't where you want it to be, this one is worth a listen. Produced by Talkback Media info@talkbackmedia.com.au

Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
