The Crone Stories is a narrative podcast for women in the long middle of life. Real stories of perimenopause, menopause, and the becoming that comes after.Each episode is one woman's story. Hosted and written by Karen Amy, longtime holistic practitioner and story keeper, the show is built around private hour-long conversations with women in midlife about what they have lived through, what it has cost them, and what they are becoming on the other side. Karen shapes those conversations into a told story and reads it back. The woman gets to hear her own life narrated with care.
