If you can keep your head when all around are losing theirs and blaming it on you, then you are like Delcy!

  Oct 4, 20266 min

Delcy Rodríguez | 1 September 2026 ‘I will not tolerate opportunism, looting or division. Our enemy is not among us; our enemy is the desperation that drives us to destroy one another.’ Venezuela’s acting-president Delcy Rodríguez has been traduced from all sides for having the misfortune to head her nation at the most difficult period of its revolutionary history. This address to the nation was made by Acting-President Delcy Rodríguez of Venezuela on 24 May 2026. -------------------------------------------------- Subscribe! Donate! India’s cockroach revolt: from spontaneous anger to organised class struggle

  Oct 3, 202619 min

Carlos Martinez | 1 September 2026 India’s young rebels have discovered their power. They have also discovered that a resignation is not a transformation. The movement has emerged from a stratum of young people that Indian capitalism has educated and then rendered surplus. Official statistics show unemployment among graduates aged 15 to 29 at 29.1 percent – nine times higher than for those unable to read or write. For educated young people, the labour market increasingly resembles a lottery with a huge entry fee, and the competition for gainful employment has fuelled an exam coaching industry, with poor families selling assets and mortgaging land to meet the fees. A leaked question paper is therefore not simply an administrative inconvenience; it can destroy an entire family’s plans and render its sacrifices meaningless. ------------------------------------------------- Subscribe! Burnham ratcheting up Britain’s drive to war

  Oct 2, 20268 min

Party leaflet | 10 September 2026 The Russians have known for decades that Britain was secretly behind many efforts to destroy their sovereignty. But its increasingly open involvement in attacks on Russian soil now give Russia the right under international law to strike back. Burnham claims that his government will pursue ‘market-friendly socialism’, which apparently includes such socialist mainstays (!) as fiscal discipline (ie, defending the profits of finance capital) and welfare cuts (making the poorest foot the bill). His real priorities have been made clear by the commitment to spend £3 billion a year on military funding to Ukraine ‘for as long as necessary’. --------------------------------------------- Subscribe! Iran war reaches a temporary impasse

  Sep 30, 202624 min

Ella Rule | 1 September 2026 The Trump regime has painted itself – and the whole of US imperialism – into a hopeless corner by launching this war, from which it has no viable exit and no clear route to victory. Beset by economic crisis and waning global hegemony, the imperialists plunged into this war in a desperate attempt to restore their fortunes. As ever, however, they are damned if they do and damned if they don’t. Not to try to fight Iran (and every other sovereign and resistant nation) would be to accept the inevitable fall of Anglo-American imperialism’s dominance. Yet fighting the war is more likely to end up accelerating the process of decay it was supposed to reverse. ----------------------------------------- Subscribe! Donate!
