About this Podcast:

You are not just one thing. Neither am I. I'm Johanna Moses, PA-C, MPH: hospital medicine, three kinds of work, one very full life. I've worked hospital medicine and post-acute care. I've sat with a family on their worst day and clocked out to be a mother twenty minutes later. I've been the only woman in the room, and the one who stayed too long in a place that made me smaller. For years I treated that as a scheduling problem; three callings to be balanced, traded off, and apologized for. It isn't. Medicine, motherhood, and missions aren't three things competing for one life. They're three things making one, and each of them taught me something the others couldn't. Not balance. Integration. So: three callings. One life. Here's what that looks like for the guests and me on this podcast. You’ll hear real conversations on burnout, resilience, faith, and finding your voice, because you are not just one thing.
